Delete your Slim Shot account

In the app

Open Slim Shot and sign in.
Go to Profile → App Settings → Delete Account.
Confirm, then sign in once more to prove it is you.

Your account and data are deleted right away. This cannot be undone.

No longer have the app?

Email privacy@slimshot.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in.
Your profile, medicines, doses, weights, measurements, water, side effects, pens and packs.
Your AI Coach chats and memories, and your AI usage counts.
Your community posts (with their comments), your comments on other posts, your likes, and reports by you or about you.

What is kept

Purchase records at Google Play and RevenueCat, for billing and tax. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in Google Play first.
App analytics and crash reports, which Google keeps for a limited time.
Server logs that hold no message content.

Data saved only on your phone (settings and reminders) is removed when you uninstall the app.
