Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Slim Shot app and slimshot.app. In these terms, "we" and "us" means the Slim Shot team. By using Slim Shot, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Who can use Slim Shot
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in safe. Tell us at privacy@slimshot.app if you think someone else uses your account.
2. Not medical advice
Slim Shot is a tracking tool. It does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Your doctor or pharmacist decides your medicine and your dose. Always follow their instructions and the leaflet of your medicine. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Reminders can fail, for example if your phone is off, low on battery, or blocks notifications. Do not rely on Slim Shot alone to take your dose on time.
Missed-dose information in the app comes from each medicine's official leaflet. Check it with your doctor or pharmacist.
3. AI Coach and meal scan
- AI Coach is an AI, not a doctor. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong.
- Never use it for emergencies or to change, skip or split a dose.
- Meal scan values (such as protein and calories) are estimates.
- Free accounts get a small number of AI uses each month. Premium gets more, with a fair-use limit per day.
4. Community
To post, you must accept the community guidelines. In short:
- Be kind and respectful.
- Do not sell anything, and do not share drug sources or seller prices.
- Do not give tips to raise, skip or split doses.
- Do not make medical claims.
Posts are the opinion of their writers, not ours. You can report a post or comment, and block a user. Content that several people report is hidden automatically. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. You keep the rights to what you post, and you allow us to show it in the app.
5. Premium and payments
- Premium is available as a monthly plan, a yearly plan, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payments go through Google Play. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel at any time in Google Play (or in the app: Profile → Manage Subscription). You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
- If a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel before.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
- The free plan keeps the core features: dose log and reminders, pen and pack tracking, weight, water and side effects.
6. Using the app fairly
Use Slim Shot only for its purpose and within the law. Do not try to break, copy, overload or misuse the app, its servers or its AI features, and do not use other people's accounts.
7. Our content and trademarks
The Slim Shot name, logo, design and app belong to us. Medicine names such as Mounjaro, Ozempic and Wegovy are trademarks of their owners. Slim Shot is not linked to them. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Slim Shot and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
9. Limits of our responsibility
We work hard to keep Slim Shot accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for health decisions made using the app, for missed reminders, or for loss caused by the app being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We update the date at the top, and we tell you in the app if a change is important. If you keep using Slim Shot after a change, you accept the new terms.
